All-in prices — the government fee is already inside them and we remit it. Nothing is added at checkout. A 2-hour tier (US$165 single entry) sits between Express and Same-day rush.
A faster tier buys a later cut-off, not an earlier delivery: every tier targets delivery by 18:00 ICT on the working day we accept your file, and the 4-hour tier by 12:00 when it reaches us before 08:30. If you order in the Vietnam morning, the cheapest tier that is still open usually delivers at the same minute as the dearest one. Refused? US passport holders
ESTA is for travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program. It does not cover entry to Vietnam. US citizens usually use the 90-day Vietnam eVisa on evisa.gov.vn; InTimeVisa is a private agent when you want the form checked, lodged and tracked for you.
Passport-specific answers
These passports are not in Vietnam's 45-day visa-exemption group. Most short visits use the Vietnam eVisa; the narrow Phu Quoc island-only exception does not cover mainland travel.

Standard closes at 09:15 ICT, the 4-hour tier at 14:30, the 2-hour tier at 15:30 and the 1-hour rush at 16:30, and all of them target delivery by 18:00 ICT that working day. No. The eVisa is valid only at the entry ports selected on the application — 83 ports under Resolution 389/NQ-CP. Landing at a different one means being turned away, so we check your route before lodging.
