How it works

Three steps. We do the middle one.

01

Send passport & details

A photo of your passport page, your entry date and entry port. WhatsApp, email or the online form.

02

We check, prepare, lodge

Typos, photo standards and the wrong port cause most refusals. We fix them before your file reaches the official portal.

03

eVisa in your inbox

We track the application until it is approved, then send the PDF. Print it and fly.

Honest first question

Do you even need a visa?

45 days visa-free · until 2028

You may not — and that answer is free.

Citizens of the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, South Korea, the Nordic countries and 12 more European countries enter visa-free for up to 45 days. If that covers your trip, you don't need us.

Everyone else · or stays over 45 days

You need the 90-day eVisa.

Single or multiple entry, valid 90 days, government fee US$25 / US$50. Valid only at the entry ports on the application — we check yours before lodging.

US passport holders

Americans need a Vietnam visa, not ESTA.

ESTA is for travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program. It does not cover entry to Vietnam. US citizens usually use the 90-day Vietnam eVisa on evisa.gov.vn; InTimeVisa is a private agent when you want the form checked, lodged and tracked for you.

Passport-specific answers

India, Australia and Canada: check the rule for your passport.

These passports are not in Vietnam's 45-day visa-exemption group. Most short visits use the Vietnam eVisa; the narrow Phu Quoc island-only exception does not cover mainland travel.

Our honest advice: if your trip is three weeks or more away and your file is simple, use the government portal yourself and keep the service fee.

We exist for the other cases — tight dates, a previous refusal, an unusual passport, families and business groups, or simply wanting one accountable person on it.

Plain answers

Asked every day, answered straight.

How fast can I get a Vietnam eVisa?

Standard is about 1 working day. Urgent is 1–2 working days. Same-day is possible when the immigration authority's schedule allows — call 0946 781 706 and we confirm before you pay.

What does it cost, exactly?

Two numbers. The government fee — US$25 single entry or US$50 multiple entry — goes to the official portal. Our service fee is a fixed quote given upfront, by speed tier. Nothing is added afterwards.

What happens if my application is refused?

We refund our service fee in full. The government fee is non-refundable on any route. We tell you why it happened and help you re-apply.

Can I enter at any airport or border crossing?

No. The eVisa is valid only at the entry ports selected on the application — 83 ports under Resolution 389/NQ-CP. Landing at a different one means being turned away, so we check your route before lodging.

Do I qualify for visa-free entry instead?

Citizens of the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, South Korea, the Nordics and 12 more European countries get 45 days visa-free until 2028. If that covers your trip, don't pay anyone — check your nationality guide.

Is this the official government website?

No. We are an independent private agency. The official portal is evisa.gov.vn, where you can apply yourself for the government fee alone.
