US passport holders
ESTA is for travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program. It does not cover entry to Vietnam. US citizens usually use the 90-day Vietnam eVisa on evisa.gov.vn; InTimeVisa is a private agent when you want the form checked, lodged and tracked for you.
Passport-specific answers
These passports are not in Vietnam's 45-day visa-exemption group. Most short visits use the Vietnam eVisa; the narrow Phu Quoc island-only exception does not cover mainland travel.

No. The eVisa is valid only at the entry ports selected on the application — 83 ports under Resolution 389/NQ-CP. Landing at a different one means being turned away, so we check your route before lodging.
