What we collect

• •Payment confirmation details for PayPal.me or VietQR / bank transfer. We do not collect or store card numbers.

Why we collect it

We use your data solely to prepare, lodge, and track your application, to communicate with you about it, to process payment, and to meet legal and compliance obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

How we store and protect it

Your data is stored on secure Cloudflare infrastructure. Passport scans are kept in a private storage bucket, never on a public URL, and are accessed only by authorised staff and only via short-lived links. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Who we share it with

To lodge your application we share the minimum necessary information with the competent Vietnamese authority or an official processing channel, and with the vetted service partner that helps us prepare and lodge applications on our behalf. Payment is made through PayPal.me or VietQR / bank transfer, so payment confirmation may be visible to PayPal, our bank, or SePay for bank-transfer matching. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law, and we never sell it or use it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your application data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted under our data-retention practice.
