This Privacy Policy explains what personal data InTimeVisa collects, why, and how we protect it. Your passport and identity data are the most sensitive information we handle, and we treat them accordingly.
What we collect
- Identity data: full name, date of birth, sex, nationality, passport number and expiry.
- Contact data: email and phone.
- Your passport data-page scan or photo, and any application-specific details you provide.
- Payment is processed by our payment provider — we do not store your card details.
Why we collect it
We use your data solely to prepare, lodge, and track your application, to communicate with you about it, to process payment, and to meet legal and compliance obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.
How we store and protect it
Your data is stored on secure Cloudflare infrastructure. Passport scans are kept in a private storage bucket, never on a public URL, and are accessed only by authorised staff and only via short-lived links. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Who we share it with
To lodge your application we share the minimum necessary information with the competent Vietnamese authority or the official processing channel. We do not share your data with any other third party except our payment provider (for payment) and where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your application data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted under our data-retention practice.
Your rights
