About InTimeVisa: who we are and how we work

InTimeVisa is an independent private agent based in Da Nang. We are not the Vietnamese government, the Immigration Department or an embassy, and we are not affiliated with any of them. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.

What we do

We help foreign travellers apply for the Vietnam eVisa, and help foreign businesses with work permits, temporary residence cards, company set-up, corporate filings and accounting in Vietnam.

Who is responsible for your file

Lê Thị Thảo, Head of Operations, signs off every file that leaves this office. Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot — a person whose name is on your case.

How an eVisa file moves

  1. Send passport & details A photo of your passport page, your entry date and entry port. WhatsApp, email or the online form.
  2. We check, prepare, lodge Typos, photo standards and the wrong port cause most refusals. We fix them before your file reaches the official portal.
  3. eVisa in your inbox We track the application until it is approved, then send the PDF. Print it and fly.

How we price

Our eVisa prices are all-in: they include the official government fee (US$25 single entry, US$50 multiple entry), which we pay to the Immigration Department on your behalf, plus our service fee. If your trip is not urgent and your documents are simple, you can apply yourself on the official portal, evisa.gov.vn, and pay only the government fee.

Refunds

For eligible eVisa orders refused by the Vietnamese authorities, we refund our service fee. The government fee is set and kept by the authorities and is generally not refundable once an application has been submitted. Read the full refund policy
