This Refund Policy explains our money-back guarantee and how refunds work.
eVisa money-back guarantee
For eligible urgent eVisa orders, if the application is refused by the Vietnamese authorities, we refund our service fee. This is our core promise: trust, backed by money.
What is refundable
Our service fee is refundable under the conditions below. Government fees are set and collected by the authorities and are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted.
Conditions
The guarantee applies when the refusal is not caused by inaccurate, false, or incomplete information or documents that you provided, and when you supplied everything we requested. It does not cover refusals due to your ineligibility, prior immigration violations or entry bans, or a change of mind after submission.
How to request a refund
Email contact@intimevisa.com with your reference number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Consultative services
For work permit, temporary residence card, FDI company setup, corporate legal, and tax services, we quote per matter and you only pay after you accept the quote. Refund terms for these services are set out in your specific engagement.
