Who we are

InTimeVisa is an independent visa- and immigration-assistance agent. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Vietnamese government. The official government eVisa portal is evisa.gov.vn.

Our services

We prepare, lodge, and track visa, immigration, and corporate applications on your behalf. We do not issue visas, work permits, residence cards, or business licences — these are granted solely by the competent Vietnamese authorities.

The decision to approve or refuse any application rests entirely with those authorities. We cannot guarantee approval. Where a specific money-back guarantee applies, it is governed by our Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and genuine documents. You are responsible for the information and documents you submit. Inaccurate, false, or incomplete information may cause an application to be delayed or refused, for which we are not responsible.

Fees and payment

Our service fee is quoted before you commit and is separate from any government fees, which are set and collected by the authorities. Payment terms are as presented at checkout or in your quote. For consultative services you only pay after you accept the quote.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for authority decisions, delays outside our reasonable control, or losses arising from inaccurate information or documents you provide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid us for the matter concerned.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and any dispute will be resolved under Vietnamese law.
