Urgent Vietnam eVisa prices

All InTimeVisa prices below are all-in. They include the government fee of US$25 (single entry) or US$50 (multiple entry), which we pay to the Immigration Department for you, and nothing is added at checkout. Order times are Vietnam time (ICT, UTC+7) on a working day.

Applying yourself on the official portal, evisa.gov.vn, costs only the government fee. The legal target is up to 3 working days for a complete, paid application. (51/2019/QH14) In practice, plan for 3–5 working days. (US Department of State — checked 2026-10-11)

On the working-day tiers, orders after a cut-off, at weekends or on Vietnamese public holidays move to the next working window. The dates are in Vietnam public holidays and eVisa cut-offs.

When the 2–4 hours tier is worth paying for

A dearer tier buys a later order cut-off or an earlier delivery day. It does not buy a shorter guaranteed processing time, and the 2–4 hours and 1 working day tiers both target the same delivery time, .

So the 2–4 hours tier earns its price when you order between and on a working day and need the eVisa that evening. Before , the 1 working day tier reaches the same delivery time for less. After , both tiers deliver on the next working day, so the 1 working day tier is again the better buy.

The examples below assume none of these days is a public holiday.

Single-entry examples by the time you order
You order (ICT) Tier to choose Price Delivery target
Monday 09:00 1 working day US$90 By 18:00 Monday

Friday 15:00 1 working day US$90 By 18:00 Monday
Saturday 10:00 1 working day US$90 By 18:00 Monday

Saturday 10:00, outside Vietnam Weekend US$250 By 18:00 Saturday

The weekend tier, for travelers outside Vietnam

On Saturdays and Sundays we take orders until and deliver by the same day, for US$250 single entry or US$275 multiple entry, government fee included. It is the dearest tier, so it earns its price only when you cannot wait for Monday.

It is only for travelers who are outside Vietnam when they order, and it does not run on a Saturday or Sunday inside a Vietnamese public holiday break. Like the other tiers, it is a published window and not a guaranteed processing time.

What the price covers, and what happens if the eVisa is refused

The price covers preparing and checking your file, lodging it, paying the government fee and tracking the application. The document is the same official eVisa at every tier: a faster tier does not change the visa you receive.

For eligible eVisa orders refused by the Vietnamese authorities, we refund our service fee. The government fee is set and kept by the authorities and is generally not refundable once an application has been submitted.

If you already applied on evisa.gov.vn

Helping with an application you have already filed is a different service, so it has no list price. Send the email you registered with, your port of entry and the date you fly through the form on our urgent eVisa page. We review the application and send a quote. No payment is taken at this step, and government processing times are not guaranteed.

Six questions to ask any agent before you pay

Urgent prices differ from one agent to another, so compare what the price includes as well as the number.

  • Is the government fee inside the price?
  • What is the cut-off today, and in which time zone?
  • Is the speed counted in working hours, and what happens at weekends and on Vietnamese public holidays?
  • What is refunded if the application is refused: the service fee, the government fee, or nothing?
  • Does the site say plainly that it is a private agent, and does it name a person and an office you can check?
  • Does it promise approval, or a visa in minutes? The decision belongs to the Immigration Department, so treat that as a warning sign.
