Indian Vietnam eVisa Pre-Submit Checklist

Free one-page checklist for Indian passport holders: blank surname cases, name order, ports and DIY timing before you pay on evisa.gov.vn. InTimeVisa is a private agent — not the Vietnamese government. Official portal: evisa.gov.vn.

  1. Passport valid at least 6 months beyond arrival, undamaged, with blank pages for stamps
  2. Name fields mirror the passport — do not invent a surname if the passport surname field is blank
  3. Given name / surname order matches the passport data page, not what you think the form expects
  4. Portrait photo meets evisa.gov.vn rules; passport scan is clear and complete
  5. Entry and exit ports match your itinerary (Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, etc.)
  6. Each traveler needs a separate application and government fee — families cannot share one form
  7. Allow 3–5 working days for DIY processing on evisa.gov.vn
  8. Government fee is US$25 single-entry or US$50 multiple-entry — non-refundable once paid
  9. Phu Quoc-only trips may qualify for a narrow island exception — mainland travel needs the normal eVisa
